Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing laptops, Office 365, various software applications, and user account management (Active Directory / Azure Active Directory). Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including a mix of in-office and remote work, and the potential for additional on-site days. Bonus Skills: Experience with Microsoft InTune is highly desirable. Additional Requirements: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with users and team members. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
