Role : Applications Manager - D365 F&O & Boomi Location: 1705 NW Harborside D Vancouver, WA 98660 Long term contract Must have MUST HAVES: 1. 5-7 years configuring D365 F&O (also known as F&SCM) 2. 3-4 years configuring Boomi 3. 3-4 years customizing .Net applications 4. 3-4 years customizing with X++ 5. 10-15 years configuring applications overall - open to less for strong candidates in all other areas 6. Management is not a required prior skillset but non-manager candidates should have strong backgrounds that meet all other requirements and have strong reasoning as to why they're ready to step into a leadership role. QUESTIONS THAT NEED TO BE ANSWERED BY CANDIDATE: Submission summaries need to address the Must Haves and Nice To Have JOB DESCRIPTION: Role: Applications Manager - D365 F&O & Boomi Over time this person will inherit the current team - 6 individuals Purpose of the role: Client is losing a current member of his team to another division and is looking to backfill this persons duties with an Applications Manager who can oversee multiple projects. Short term goal of the role: For the first 3 months or so this person will be primarily involved in helping United Malt complete analysis of all current applications to assess possible implications of moving tenants from UMG to a group level tenant. This person will identify potential implications within each individual application and present solutions. This person will then be heavily involved in moving servers, applications, etc. from one tenant to another. This project is beginning now and should last until November. Long term goal of the role: United Malt was intending to cut Boomi as an application due to lack of use but has recently completely switched gears and now wants to bring someone in with knowledge of the product who can help them optimize it internally. In an upcoming E-Commerce project, this person will be primarily involved in integrating United Malt's E-Commerce platform to D365 F&O through Boomi.
