This role is crucial in driving the workplace transformation and defining the technology strategy for the End User Compute (EUC) environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a hybrid work environment supporting approximately 500 end users. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and architectural skills in Tanium systems, with the ability to mentor Level 2 technicians. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our client's IT infrastructure and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization. Required Experience/Skills At least 5 years of experience administrating both SCCM and Tanium environments At least 5 years of experience in administrating Intune for mobile clients and Windows devices Experience migrating SCCM software packages to Tanium or building new software packages in Tanium Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting policy deployments in GPOs and Intune Experience in administering Microsoft LAPS and Box Strong project management, presentation, and planning skills Excellent documentation and organizational skills Strong understanding of ITIL framework and principles Commitment to Change Management and customer satisfaction Nice-to-Haves Experience in other technologies such as Box, Citrix, Horizon, VMWare, O365, OneDrive, Teams, Yammer, SharePoint, and Exchange Experience integrating software deployment with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow Education Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience Relevant professional Microsoft certifications preferred Duties and Responsibilities Lead the migration from SCCM to Tanium across multiple domains Set up security and compliance policies in Tanium Build a robust software inventory with deployment integration into the company's ITSM platform Collaborate with MSP to manage third-party and Microsoft patching Define and manage the technical landscape and architecture for the EUC environment Develop and deliver agile methodologies for Windows desktop and device management Engage with stakeholders to develop solution architecture and drive changes in workplace technology platforms Design and build a strategic roadmap for technology lifecycle and standards Build, test, and deploy desktop and laptop image profiles Optimize processes to streamline a Unified Endpoint Management Program Interact with manufacturers and vendors to evaluate new desktop management opportunities Keywords: information technology Texas System Architec || Dallas, TX | Hybrid | Needed Local Candidates Only [email protected] |
