Project Manager Location : Hybrid like 1 day in office or so Local Candidates only- they have to be located in the state of Indiana Duration : 6 months Visa : GC or USC preferred Senior Project Manager will support projects specific to and lead by the ChiefTechnology Officers group. The IOT CTO group includes Enterprise Architecture, Centralized ApplicationServices, IN.gov, and Strategic Engagement. Types of projects this team member will be expected to support include: Camera modernization project Multi-disciplinary projects that span teams with the CTOs office and other parts ofIOT Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot projects for emergent technological solutions Technical upgrades that are not fully covered by other IOT teams Anticipated benefits include: Increase speed-to-delivery for projects, with adherence to budget andrequirements standards Ensure that projects have defined goals and expectations and that projectdeliverables execute to the state goals and expectations Reduce surprises by identifying potential risks and issues at an early projectstage and continue to refresh throughout project execution Increase communication, relationships and alignment with IOT internal teams andthe occasional external State partner Maintain constant focus on projects visions and objectives General Responsibilities: Responsible for relationship management, project planning, resourcemanagement, tactical execution, and the creation and / or oversight of final projectdeliverables Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and the team to meetbusiness objectives and provide professional leadership & mentorship fosteringrespect and trust to inspire others to pursue excellence.
