Position: Oracle EBS Technical Developer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ months Job Description: We are seeking an Oracle EBS Technical Developer to support a Marine Corps Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) based logistics system that provides functions including asset visibility, supply, maintenance, readiness, task organization, repairs, request tracking, and financial information. The desired candidate will work in an Agile development team building Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Enhancements, Personalization and Workflow solutions. Candidate will develop, design, configure, test and document solution based on the requirements and user stories. Detail activities are listed below: The Oracle Technical Developer is responsible for the design & development of RICE-W in various Oracle modules (see Qualifications below) Support all technical activities and follow the processes outlined in compliance with approved Agile approach Review Technical Design Documents and code to reverse engineer the functionalities of core application and RICECPW components Meet with the government Product Owners (PO) and Subject Matter Experts (SME) in daily scrums to present progress impediments Participate in de-composition and refinement meetings with team members and government personnel to clarify requirements, review proposed solutions, and estimate effort for assigned tasks Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents Tune and optimize PL/SQL and application components in an Oracle 19c RDBMS environment Design schema objects in accordance with applicable Oracle e-BS and project-specific customization standards Provide technical support during the release testing phases Utilize source code control system to manage developed/modified configuration item baseline Implement, test, and document instructions for automated and manual code/configuration deployment packages Produce all assigned work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule.
