Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Duration: 12 Months Months Bill Rate: 52 / Hour Due Date : 22/07/24 Job Description: Remote Contractor must have computer, cell phone, and access to reliable high-speed internet Collaborate with CLIENT Clean and Resiliant Buildings teams on development of requirements for RMES to complete the system design and implementation plan specific to Inflation Reduction Act Home Energy Rebate implementation for single family, multifamily,and retail point-of-sale General Guidance for Expected Years of Experience - 7+ years Communication Skills & External Relations A strong customer orientation, with active listening skills and the ability to understand and define and document business needs comprehensively. Produces effective and purposeful written material that requires no editing. Constructively edits work and mentors junior staff. Effectively represents Authority in difficult or complex negotiations with outside contacts and customers. Presents ideals clearly and concisely in oral and written format. Skills are needed to be successful in this role Deep knowledge of concepts, terms, principles and practices related to software development project management. Experience with Salesforce software projects. Proficiency in writing and concretely synthesizing and translating technical information into process requirements. Proficiency with developing strategies, recommendations, and communicating and presenting information for management review. Meeting facilitation experience. Competency with fundamentals of project management, business communications, and reporting. Problem solving abilities. specialized skills that must be present for the position to be successful Proficiency with requirements discovery and documentation. Ability to manage several project workstreams with independant and dependant milestones. Knowledge of how to assess and be responsive to stakeholder needs. Ability to identify barriers to process automation and to conribute solutions. Certifications and qualifications, including education/degree Bachelor's degree and experience in software development project management IT systems that will be used Required systems experience: Salesforce Microsoft Office Suite Azure DevOps Training will be available on: Tasks Develop and maintain working relationships with key contacts among CLIENTs program teams, advising and facilitating collaboration on program system development. Demonstrate best practices managing the software development life cycle for several concurrent projects Supervise the requirements gathering tasks for each project to ensure requirements have been approved before development begins Participate in internal team meetings and relevant meetings with consultants and implementors, including those required for cross-team collaboration. Support cross-team collaboration with CLIENT's SFR and IT teams.
