Should have PMP and PMI ACP certifications. Experience as a Scrum Master/PM on Agile projects and familiarity with Agile (Scrum) Methodologies involving Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Authoring User Stories, maintaining Product/Sprint Backlogs, Backlog grooming and Sprint Retrospectives. Excellent risk management capabilities Ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups and IT Leadership Teams Organized with attention to detail. Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning. Maintains expertise in the principles and techniques required for the software development life cycle. Maintains knowledge of programming languages, IT databases, operating systems and platforms. Considers change management techniques and applies to project, including stakeholder impacts.
