CA Preferable (Anywhere in US remote)

FTE/SubCon: Both should be fine, need early joiners.

Minimum 7+ years of experience with
minimum 4+ years of experience in Salesforce.

Strong Salesforce hands on knowledge

Strong experience in reseller area, sales
cloud, basic understanding of CPQ.

Hands on knowledge of Salesforce
Experience/Community Cloud.

Must have Product Manager experience for
2-3 projects.

Ideal candidate should be someone who understands
reseller and can sit with business folks and steer them
independently.

Proven track record of driving the project by
coordinating with technical architect and Development team. 

Knowledge of managing all aspects of a successful
product throughout its lifecycle.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Idea candidate should be having:

Product Strategy and Vision:

Define and communicate the product
vision and strategy aligned with company goals.

Conduct market research and
competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Develop and maintain a product
roadmap that prioritizes features and initiatives based on business value.

Product Development:

Collaborate with engineering,
design, and other teams to develop product specifications and requirements.

Lead the product development process
from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality
outcomes.

Define and track key performance
indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development.

Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with stakeholders to
gather and prioritize requirements.

Act as the primary point of contact
for all product-related queries and updates.

Facilitate communication between
stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and senior management.

User Experience and Customer Insights:

Gather and analyze customer feedback
to understand user needs and pain points.

Ensure the product provides a great
user experience and meets customer expectations.

Use customer insights to inform
product decisions and enhancements.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

Develop and execute go-to-market
strategies, including launch plans, marketing strategies, and sales enablement.

Collaborate with marketing and sales
teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.

Monitor market performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve
business objectives.
