Position Description: The QNXT Consultant will provide specific guidance on areas surrounding the QNXT platform with a focus on claims and the Star Plus Line of Business. What Youll Get to Do: Provide advisory knowledge of configuration structure and provide leadership in implementing or optimizing configuration solutions to increase auto-adjudication rate and/or implement new lines of business. Provide concrete project plan tasks to bring the current QNXT configuration architecture to an optimize future state, including best practice configuration, assessment of sub-modules not currently leveraged, androvide measurable metrics on configuration approaches. Interface with project teams, stakeholders, and others as necessary to provide status updates or illustrate challenges/roadblocks to realizing desired solutions. Youll Bring these Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in QNXT. Prior experience analyzing and troubleshooting claims. Proficiency in NetworX Pricer configuration desired. Excellent communications skills. Experience with QNXT 5.9 or higher desired. SQL skills preferred. Knowledge/Experience with Texas Medicaid programs (STAR, STAR PLUS, CHIP). Familiarity with Agile methodology.
