Specific Tasks: Assess - Current state of Nortel PBX system and map out Analog & Digital ports. Recommend - Future state with Cisco VoIP platform Implement - Future state of the new system. Test - Test future state in non-production environment Support & Maintain - Support issues & questions coming from the future state Knowledge Transfer - Knowledge transfer to County personnel regarding the future state. Required Skills & Abilities: Working knowledge of Cisco VoIP/Telecom and Nortel PBX system Ability to design and/or configure the network infrastructure for deployment of Cisco Unified Communications technology. Experience Requirements: Hand-on experience of Nortel PBX system. Hands-on experience on all aspects of Cisco VoIP technology & its implementation (e.g., CUCM, Unity VM system, Paging etc.).
