Interview: Video ,,GCEAD, Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial studies; and/or equivalent job experience Strong analytical thinking, organizational and problem-solving skills Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail Familiarity with XML, SQL and relational/entity databases, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Visio) Understanding of system design and development processes Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English Ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope Positive attitude with the ability to work in an ever-changing environment Inquisitive and proactive approach with an ability to work independently and a desire to continuously learn new skills and technologies Ability to take initiative and be a solution seeker Ability to thrive in a team environment and develop excellent relationships with others NICE-TO-HAVES 2-8 recent years of experience working with the OIPA platform and/or equivalent job experience Knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes and workflow Some exposure to SDLC (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) Product knowledge of insurance and/or annuity products Knowledge of software testing best practices Data analytics.
