Project Scheduler (onsite) Location : Juno Beach, FL Length : 12 months MOI : Video Visa Status : No H1B & CPT PLEASE SEND LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY (registered and currently located in FL). Must-have skills: 1-3 y of Scheduling exp OR PM exp with tracking & scheduling projects; Primavera P6 Software Seniority on the skill/s required on this requirement: Jr. Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client. Requirements: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Juno Beach, FL (required); Experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software to create, maintain, and progress project schedules. (4+ years) Experience in developing effective and accurate project schedules, including critical path method analysis, resource loading, cost loading, and manpower analysis. Ability to lead Schedule Review Meetings with all project participants and to coordinate requirements to ensure resources are focused on the right project activities. Analytical mindset. Ability to review, criticize and validate external information. Excellent process management, prioritization and problem-solving skills. Ability to report project status & variances to management in a clear and concise manner. Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or similar field; Preferred: Familiarity with projects involving wind, solar, energy storage, transmission lines, substations, pipelines, and combined cycles. Experience in preparing monthly reports for construction projects, including variance analysis and recovery plan development. Ability to conduct resource loading and manpower submittal analysis to optimize project schedules.
