JOB DESCRIPTION o 5+ years of IT program/project management experience with projects of increasing complexity of size and scope o Experience with Kronos is required o Experience with UltiPro system implementations is required o Experienced with Organizational Change Management strategy and execution is highly preferred o Proficient in Waterfall, Iterative, and blended project methodologies o Experienced in managing large application delivery and integration projects including negotiating with software, hardware and infrastructure providers, working with matrixed teams, field builds, migrations, and decommissioning legacy applications o Proficient in Budget / Financial Management including Business Case completion o Demonstrate problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills to effectively manage project stakeholders internal and external o Experienced in facilitating project meetings and standups o Adherence to the Project Lifecycle Management (Initiation, Planning, Requirements/Design, Build/Configuration, Testing/Validation, Deployment, and Closure) o Planning, Defining and Managing Scope o Project Task Estimation and Schedule Management o Resource Planning and Scheduling o Risk Analysis and Management o Issue and Change Management o Test Planning and Management o Deployment / Implementation Management o Business Knowledge: Proficient in multiple business disciplines and functions o Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, information systems, or related field is preferred; or equivalent work experience Project Management Professional Certification PMP or CSM PROSCI certification is a plus but not required.
