Ability to review and understand Windows event viewer - Experience using remote management tools to support remote users - Knowledge of and experience using system management consoles - Strong knowledge of and experience working with various software - Experience in computer networking - Experience with vulnerability remediation/patch management, application packaging preferred strong customer service skills.
