Interact with DC Operations to provide technical assistance, resolution guidance, and feedback on the functional use of the WMS application. Collaborate and communicate with other cross functional IT teams for support issues or system upgrades. Provide expertise in the initial triage of issues to determine the best course of action and escalation if required. Perform real time troubleshooting and issue resolution. Perform root cause analysis to evaluate and identify application bugs, process gaps, or areas for continual improvement. Provide clear evidence and issue resolution on support tickets to be able to classify/group incident trends and tracking. Create or add to knowledge articles to build a library of support instructions and best practices for resolutions. Partner with the WMS Build/Development team to understand new or enhanced features and provide hypercare support as required. Flexible work hours to work a Second Shift 3 pm 11:00 pm EST. Experience : Strong functional expertise in Supply Chain process: Logistics & distribution experience required. Preferably in the Health Care Sector. Strong technical background in Blue Yonder WMS with an understanding of system processes and data structures. Must be highly proficient in evaluating WMS Trace files for troubleshooting. 2 + years previous experience (preferred) in Blue Yonder WMS development for MOCA commands, Integrator, Reports, and Labels. Must have experience with functional configuration, policy management, job maintenance, and interface event management. 2+ years in previous production support experience. Must have experience in Linux OS and command line operations and Oracle Databases/SQL. Experience with Incident ticket management, Change Management processes, and Jira tools. Strong communication and document writing skills. Associate or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering Science. Attention to detail and highly organized is a must. Experience with WES/WCS automation integration. Job Title- BY (Blue Yonder) WMS (Warehouse Management System) Consultant Location Remote USA Duration 1+year BY WMS screens and navigations is a MUST Strong Knowledge of Testing Blue Yonder Warehouse management systems in Supply Chain domain : including but not limited to 1. WMS Inbound 2. WMS Outbound 3. WMS Inventory Management 4. Slotting 5. Cycle Counting Strong QA foundation and ability to perform End to End testing across multiple Upstream- Downstream systems. Experience in writing test plans, test cases, test case reviews, defect management, identifying test data, and working across enterprise applications. Experience in Data Migration Testing and Middleware testing Exposure to databases and backend systems like MongoDB and SQL Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Test Rails, or any other test management tool Hands on experience in using POSTMAN or any other API Testing tool (Mandatory) Automation Testing experience preferably selenium , cucumber or cypress (Good to Have) Ability to work as a team and collaborate with Test lead to come up with QA Strategy and implement the same. Active Participation in Defect Triage meetings and collaboration with Development team and Product owners Recommend improvements into overall best practices, design, testability, quality, and test Reports. Roles & Responsibilities/Functional Skills: 7+ years of experience working with large complex Programs as a QA Engineer. Understanding requirements from a business perspective to be validated through testing and assessing them in the context of an Waterfall/Agile/Scrum delivery model. Well experienced in Software Quality Principles, Test Methodologies, Best Practices and Procedures Understanding of the SDLC activities expected to deliver custom developed and packaged applications. Experience working with business users coordinating and facilitating UAT. Soft Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities.
