Will meet with various divisions within agency and log/transcribe policies and procedures for each division; will develop flowcharts and document policies and procedures in a logical sequence; will create graphics and final policies and procedures manual; will revise work in accordance with input from agency staff; and will work under supervision of agency personnel with moderate use of independent judgment. II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.
