Lead the delivery of backlogs of work from inception to delivery based on evidence from user research, analytics and stakeholder goals Lead team ceremonies across your teams in line with good agile practice. Lead inspection of team practice; ensure a regular cadence of retrospective; constantly work to optimize flow Coach teams to achieve strategic outcomes and improve problem solving Arrange and take part in user research regularly for all digital products you lead Manage external technology and delivery partners; work to get best value from our digital, data and technology partnerships Manage the product roadmap; including mapping out resource needs Be the point person, work closely with stakeholders, understand the business goals, and be ready to present and provide status MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE A bachelors degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, product design or related field At least 12 years of previous experience in software and web development 4+ years proven success leading products from inception to launch into continuous improvement.
