The resource need to be flexible in picking up new skills The candidate doesnt need to be an expert in both Java and Cloud Engineering (CE) good at either is fine but need to have basic understanding of the other so that they can easily pickup with guidance / support from the team o Eg-1: A strong CE with basic experience with Java + good programming skills with any programming language can pe paired with strong java engineers who are part of Priyas team when specialized knowledge is needed o Eg-2: A strong Java Software Engg with good understanding of Java, modern frameworks, spring boot, API-M, DB etc. who has deployed the solutions they have built in the past and has fair understanding of those AWS services/technologies involved and can pickup similar technologies when needed with guidance/assistance from peers.
