Candidate must possess exemplary customer service skillset and be able to respond to customer questions in a polite and precise manner. Candidate will be required to multi-task, manage time effectively, and follow through with all assignments. Candidate must also possess strong and demonstrable commitment to personal accountability and responsibility through prior job roles. Ability to analyze data/trends and produce and present reports in insightful and meaningful formats is required.
