Look for candidates who is from a .Net background & who are strong on AZURE. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Azure Lead to spearhead application modernization projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Azure cloud services, leading migration and modernization efforts to enhance application performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute Azure application modernization projects. Develop strategies for migrating on-premises applications to Azure. Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams. Provide technical leadership and best practices for Azure solutions. Assess and improve existing applications and infrastructure. Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve Azure application issues. Stay updated with Azure technologies and industry trends. Mentor and train team members on Azure practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Over 12 years of IT & 10+ years of cloud computing experience, focusing on Azure. Proven track record in leading Azure application modernization. Strong knowledge of Azure services and cloud architecture. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Power). Knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep). Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Azure certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, ARM templates). Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) is beneficial.
