Job Description: Collaborating with customers and partners on key engagements, developing and delivering proof-of-concept projects, technical workshops, and supporting implementation projects to migrate customer environments to AWS cloud-based database platforms. Focusing on customer solutions such as high-volume mission-critical OLTP/OLAP environments, batch data processing, and designing and deploying future-state architectures. Demonstrating proficiency in AWS services such as RDS, EC2, Aurora PostgreSQL, Redshift, AWS Schema Conversion Tool (SCT), and Database Migration Services. Key Requirements: Excellent knowledge and migration experience with Oracle, SQL Server and Sybase databases. Comprehensive understanding of database encryption strategies and implementation for all databases. 5-6 years of experience leading team members. 5-6 years of experience working with customers. Expertise in setting up Oracle Data Guard, AlwaysOn, etc for Oracle and SQL Server databases. Ability to perform hands-on database migrations. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and experience in migrating databases to AWS cloud platforms. They should be well-versed and have a proven track record of successfully delivering customer solutions involving high-volume and mission-critical database environments.
