Responsible for the planning, executing, monitoring and completion tasks utilizing the PMBOK model. Provides administrative project management leadership and support to the assigned project team and senior level stakeholders Required Skills & Experience: Extensive knowledge of project management processes and reporting; Extensive fiscal monitoring and reporting skills; Eperience with Oracle HCM/Payroll upgrade. Considerable knowledge of data flows between integrated systems; Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Apps; Windows; Chrome OS; Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; Strong analytical skills and organizational skills; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form using a variety of communication techniques and tools to ensure the appropriate flow of information, collaborative efforts, and feedback; Ability to facilitate the development and usage of standard project management principles and documentation, which can include project definition, scope, goals, communication, risk mitigation, and deliverable plans; Ability to proactively apply project management and technical knowledge to improve deliverables, providing attention to details, and minimizing errors and project overruns; Ability to direct, manage, and support multiple project teams; Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, business, math or related field; AND Project management experience; OR An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job Must hold and maintain a valid motor vehicle operators license according to the State of North Carolina requirements.
