PVDTS has been instrumental in managing parole revocation cases from 58 County Courts in California since July 1, 2013. This efficient system enables tracking of parolees' violation processes, from identification to resolution, involving both DAPO and County Courts. It also facilitates electronic submission of revocation packets to internal and external stakeholders, streamlining the system interface. Mandatory Qualifications: 1. Minimum four (4) years of experience developing and maintaining solutions that are: a. Easily scalable. b. Serve mission-critical applications. c. Intuitive and user-friendly, requiring little formal training for effective use designed with features including online training, on-screen help and decentralized account management. d. Performance-oriented for fast response. 2. Minimum two (2) years of experience in projects developing and maintaining a web based solutions. 3. Minimum two (2) years of experience in configuring and installing multi- tiered applications (full stack). 4. Minimum four (4) years of experience performing complex database queries in Oracle to produce data conversion, and data analysis to provide visual data reports as requested. 5. Minimum four (4) years of experience troubleshooting and implementing solutions in complex applications. 6. Experiences with the following: a. General: 1. JavaScript Programming. 2. Azure DevOps/GIT/GitHub. 3. Oracle SQL Programming. b. Experience in one or more Front End UI technologies: 1. Vue.js. 2. React. 3. Angular. 4. REST APIs. c. Experience in one or more Backend technologies: 1. ExpressJS. 2. KOA. 3. FeathersJS. d. Experience with the following Reports: 1. Oracle Reports Builder and/or SQL Server Reporting Services. 2. Tableau or Microsoft Power BI. 7. Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience with the following: a. General/ Web: 1. Event-driven concepts. 2. JavaScript. 3. HTML. 4. Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). b. Backend: 1. Functions, triggers, and stored procedures. 2. REST APIs. 8. Must have a minimum of four (4) years experience with the following: 1. Agile development practices. 2. Problem-solving and debugging skills. 9. Must have a minimum of four (4) years experience with the following: 1. Toad (or similar). 2. SQL Developer (or similar). Desirable Technical Qualifications: please check Law Enforcement Agency or Parole applications development experience. Proficiency in state of the art identity management systems.
