Job Title: Workday Business Systems Analyst Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC, Detroit, MI, or Jacksonville, FL Duration: Long-Term Contract Interview Process/Details (Video, Onsite, # of Rounds, etc.): 2 Zoom interviews MUST HAVES: 4+ years of Workday experience (Talent & Performance module). Would like HCM, reporting, security, and learning also. Project Management skills (organization, prioritization,, time management, etc) 2+ years of consulting experience 1 full lifecycle implementation of Workday Documentation experience (Jira, ServiceNow, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc) Look for: Workday Partner or PRO certification Ideal Candidate Profile: Were looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, organized, analytical and detail-oriented for this critical role on our team. This individual will support our HR Digital Solutions - Workday team and internal business partners. This is a key role in the development, on-going maintenance, and operational and technical support of all aspects of the Workday HCM system. In addition, this individual is expected to take a critical role in the design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of key HR COE identified projects. Industry Experience: It may be good to have someone with HR at a Financial Services company but not required The Business Systems Analyst will: Support Workday HCM & Reporting with a focus in Talent, Performance, and Learning work streams to address an active backlog of enhancements while recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
