Job Description: Well versed to facilitate a meeting with multiple stakeholder Accounting logic Accounting background, core of accounting logic Major system development CPA Certified Requirement: Deep knowledge of US accounting and tax principles, regulations, and practices. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years focused on tax and accounting systems. Proven experience in eliciting requirements, creating user stories, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and provide clear, concise recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effectively engaging with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps). Experience with SQL and familiarity with database concepts. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills. Experience with tax and accounting software or platforms.
