Tenable Certified Security Resource. training and technical writing capabilities Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for Tenable.ot, Tenable.sc, and Tenable Sensors, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems promptly. Handle, or assist others with, all levels of support issues, including the most complex and critical problems (in line with the Elite Support team). Collaborate with end-users, developers, and other teams to identify and address solution-related issues. Provide documented network and firewall configuration support as necessary during implementation and hyper care. Monitor system performance, license allocation (in line with the Customer Success Manager), diagnose errors, and ensure optimal functionality. Provide documentation of troubleshooting steps and results when engaging level 3. Document and maintain knowledge base articles for common problems and solutions. Assist in software deployments and upgrades (two domestic trips included). Create training for support team members including curriculum, content, and training. Hold weekly meetings with level 3 support to review issues and collaborate on solutions, documentation, and vendor bug fixes. Deliverables: Develop training curriculum incorporating lessons learned and user feedback. Support planning and execution of Tenable.ot deployments. Provide training in line with the product support curriculum to other team members involved in the deployment process. As part of the Transition to Product Line and Transition to Operations features, create a Turnover Package for the Receiving Product Line Create a searchable Knowledge Database for Support and Operations (in line with Tenable functionality).
