The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Materials Management and Forecast to Stock processes. This role involves hands-on configuration, business process design, and client-facing responsibilities. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that enhance their SAP MM capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Functional Expertise: o Provide expertise in SAP MM and F2S processes, including procurement, inventory management, and supply chain planning. o Design and implement end-to-end business processes in SAP MM, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Client Engagement: o Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into SAP solutions. o Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and create functional specifications. o Provide client training and support during and after project implementation. System Configuration: o Configure SAP MM modules, including procurement, inventory management, and material master data. o Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets client requirements. o Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide support during go-live and post-go-live phases. Project Management: o Participate in project planning, including resource allocation and timeline management. o Coordinate with technical teams and ensure successful integration with other SAP modules. o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Continuous Improvement: o Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and advancements in SAP MM and F2S processes. o Propose and implement improvements to optimize client operations and enhance system performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in SAP MM, including hands-on configuration and implementation. Proven experience in Forecast to Stock (F2S) processes and supply chain management. Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP PP) is a plus. SAP certification in MM or related modules is preferred. Desired Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in SAP implementation methodologies and tools. Experience in leading workshops and training sessions. Ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
