Your expertise in NLP, machine learning, and data analytics will be pivotal in analyzing customer interactions and developing algorithms that drive efficient and accurate intent detection. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of NLP models to improve call deflection. Analyze large volumes of customer interaction data to extract actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions with existing systems. Continuously improve NLP models through iterative testing and validation. Provide technical mentorship to junior NLP analysts. Qualifications: Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and deploying NLP models in a production environment. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages. Experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or TensorFlow. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
