Requirements: Related Experience (1+ year preferred); Experience processing purchase orders and shopping carts; Experience working on cross-functional projects to drive impactful change; Experience defining requirements, troubleshooting, test development, and execution to project management; Experience with the application testing process for internal and external applications; Experience with end-to-end user acceptance testing; Experience executing test scripts, reporting defects accurately and thoroughly, and retesting efficiently. Preferred: Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real-time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis; Ensure all processes are well documented; Build a strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyze and determine failure points in the solution; Conduct basic operational analyses that support informed decision-making within the business unit, under the direction of a Sr. Business Analyst, Business Analyst I, or immediate supervisor with mentoring and guidance; Key responsibilities include small to medium special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development.
