CFA Certifications Preferred Project: Asset Management The team is looking for a very strong a BA with expertise in Middle Office in asset Management. The BA must be able to think out-of-the-box, challenge existing process, analyze requirements, break them down into user stories with sufficient details, and an achievable acceptance criteria. These are non-negotiable. SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Must have atleast 7-10 years of experience, of which atleast 5 years in the finance industry as a Business Analyst with expertise in Middle Office - Risk Management Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Operation Risk, Performance Risk and Regulatory & Compliances. Strong experience in agile methodology is an absolute must. Solid experience in having developed user stories and acceptance criteria is essential. In-depth experience in coming with up test plans, test strategies, test cases and control sets for testing purposes.
