Job Title: UI/UX Designer Experience : 10+ Years Location: Remote Long term Contract Must Have : Data and Analytics Dashboards About Us: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in data visualization and dashboard design to join our Data and Analytics team. This role is pivotal in creating intuitive and visually compelling dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data visualization requirements. Design and develop user-centered dashboards that effectively communicate complex data insights. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize dashboard layouts and interactions. Ensure that dashboard designs are aligned with best practices in data visualization and user experience. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Work closely with the development team to ensure the accurate implementation of dashboard designs. Maintain consistency in design elements across various dashboards and analytics tools. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UI/UX design and data visualization techniques. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on data visualization and dashboard design. Strong portfolio showcasing previous dashboard design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Solid understanding of data visualization principles and experience working with data teams. Familiarity with dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within an Agile development process. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. Experience with user research and A/B testing methodologies. Familiarity with big data technologies and tools like SQL, Python, or R.
