Should be local to Pleasanton, CA or surrounding areas only as the associate must attend in-person meeting at least 1 day in a week. The Position is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of a product or product line. This role spans many types of activities, from strategic to tactical. The position provides cross-functional leadership and bridges organizational gaps between different functional groups, most often between project, product, shared services testing and release management, and SaaS vendors. Lead and obtain strategic buy-in from internal and external stakeholders Create product strategy and business requirement for new features or products Act as the SME during initial roll-out and provide support when needed Support functional opportunities or initiatives and dive as MVPs (Min. viable product) for a unified coherent technology and customer experience. Liaise and negotiate with IT SaaS vendors on all product-related issues.
