Job Title: Lead Java Developer Location: : New York City, NY(Hybrid) Duration: 12+Months Any Visa Need Local Candidate (NY, NJ) Only with Local DL Job Description: Lead and manage development initiatives specifically for Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) within the organization. Enhance access control mechanisms for the IPRIN system, ensuring secure and efficient processes. Apply advanced Java programming skills to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. Work on system integration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring robust and scalable applications. Leverage in-depth knowledge of Equity and Debt capital markets deal processes to develop effective solutions tailored to the needs of the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory standards. Implement and manage SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) integration for authentication flows, ensuring secure and seamless user authentication. Essential Requirements : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java. Proven experience in Investment Banking, particularly with Equity and Debt capital markets. In-depth understanding of access control systems and authentication methods, particularly SAML. Familiarity with IPREO capital markets products and their application in the financial sector. Preferred Skills : Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements in global transaction banking. Experience with other capital markets platforms and financial services software.
