He is looking for strong skills in the following areas detailed in the daily roles on their last two projects at least Design and conduct generative and evaluative research. Collect, store, and steward qualitative and quantitative data. Communicate, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders and project teams. Adapt and flex to dynamic project needs and priorities. Scope problems and objectives that may not be clear to stakeholders and project teams. Advocate and evangelize to teams who are not yet familiar with UX design and research. Qualifications BS, MS, or PhD in Anthropology, Psychology, Human Factors, Information Science, or similar field Experience leading substantial qualitative and mixed methods research projects .
