Title: Java Full Stack Developer (Onsite) Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 6+ Months Visa : USC, GC ,H1B & GC EAD Job Description: Note : Ex Microsoft Required Must have : Java, Spring, Redis, Postgres, Mysql, Discourse, gRPC, Kubernetes, Teraform, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans.Track project progress, manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.Foster a collaborative team environment, resolve conflicts, and build consensus. Identify and manage project risks and issues. Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates through reports and presentations. Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and meet customer expectations.Conduct thorough testing and validation processes to deliver high-quality outcomes. Identify process improvements and implement best practices to optimize project delivery and drive initiatives for automation, efficiency, and scalabilityWorking knowledge and experience in handling Java projects. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in handling projects in Java (Java, Spring, Redis, Postgres, Mysql, Discourse, gRPC, Kubernetes, Teraform, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana)Knowledge in API programming and backend programming, Multithreaded environments, building and debugging complex systems in a team environment. Development experience in Java or Python and experience designing modular, object-oriented code Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, , Power).Knowledge and some experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
