Role: Business Analyst with Product Owner Experience Type: Contract Location: Chicago , IL / Boston, MA / Atlanta, GA The Business Analyst provides strategic analysis services to business and delivery partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customers business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, the context in which the business operates, and translate them into technology requirements. The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end, to identify and address operational and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Business analysts often are custodians of business requirements and product road maps, and act as a liaison between the customer teams and delivery teams. Skills Required: Business Analysis , Requirements gathering, demonstrates interest / capacity in understanding the persona Roles: Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution of action plans. Manage customer relationships and expectations, facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences. Identify and facilitate process design changes by conducting business systems process analysis and design. Producing required project documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, UAT plan). Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process. Serve as a liaison between business and IT to gatherreq uirements needed for system modifications enhancements.
