Client will bear the expenses for the Travel Job Description: Position Overview: As a Strategy Consultant in Investment Management, you will play a critical role in advising clients on strategic initiatives to optimize their investment operations, enhance portfolio performance, and achieve long-term growth objectives. You will leverage your deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and industry trends to provide insightful recommendations and drive impactful solutions. About the Customer: A leading real assets investment management firm that creates sustainable investment solutions. Background of the Project: The customer has a Salesforce platform, implemented almost a decade ago. The current instance has grown increasingly complex and does not effectively empower the personas supported by them, as intended. Challenges include adoption, ability to generate custom reports, an increase in manual workarounds due to usability issues, data governance leading to data integrity issues, and change management. About the Project: The program has four main tracks: Implementation of the current year's backlog and commitments. Salesforce operations/minor enhancements aligning with current service levels. Functional revamp: Assessing the target state journey, gap assessment, and revamping the current roadmap within the scope of the current personas served, with overflow into the following year. Building a Business Case for a wider CRM strategy for the Salesforce roadmap for the future. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their investment goals, challenges, and strategic priorities. Provide expert advice on Investment Management functions and process flows. Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management. Strategic Planning: Assist clients in developing and implementing long-term investment strategies and business plans. Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions with client stakeholders. Support the development of new investment products and services. Performance Optimization: Analyse and identify areas for improvement and optimization. Recommend and implement enhancements across the value chain to processes, tools, and methodologies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and adjust as needed. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders across technology and business stakeholders. Communicate complex strategies clearly and effectively. Provide advisory support to client teams on strategic initiatives and best practices. Domain Expertise Required: Financial Markets and Investment Management: Comprehensive knowledge of global financial markets, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments. Understanding of market dynamics, trading lifecycle and front, middle and back-office processing best practices.
