Great People skills Proven experience in Change and project management Strategic initiatives, resource management, metrics and performance tracking Support Head of Global Regulatory Medical Writing Head (GRMWH) in facilitating initiatives on building medical writing (MW) strategic presence with MW therapy area heads (TAH) and cross functional stakeholders, Supports GRMWH in planning and resourcing driving cohesiveness across MW department, Works closely with GRMWH to identify plans for centralized resourcing and planned work to optimize cost and enhance work effectiveness and satisfaction within Teva stakeholders, Propose solutions and help GRMWH implement metrics and performance tracking (Internal FTs, contractors, and vendors), and other optimization mechanisms as needed to enhance departmental effectiveness, Prioritizes simplification efforts, identifying gaps, and improvement opportunities with GRMWH via cross functional partnership to drive efficiency and position for pivot to growth strategy, Works with GRMWH to support LRP and AOP activities as needed for the department, Supports other departmental activities for business needs as identified and prioritized by GRMWH.
