Kore.ai Principal NLP Analyst Location: Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC Hybrid Relocation works must have Kore.ai certification ** Must have hands-on!! (Kore.ai) Only USC GC GCEAD H4EAD Job Description: As a Principal NLP Analyst, you will lead the development and implementation of natural language processing (NLP) solutions to enhance call deflection strategies. Your expertise in NLP, machine learning, and data analytics will be pivotal in analyzing customer interactions and developing algorithms that drive efficient and accurate intent detection. Proven experience in developing and deploying NLP models in a production environment. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages. Experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or TensorFlow. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Lead the design, development, and deployment of NLP models to improve call deflection. Analyze large volumes of customer interaction data to extract actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions with existing systems. Continuously improve NLP models through iterative testing and validation. Provide technical mentorship to junior NLP analysts. Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field.
