The role involves providing effective leadership, resolving tickets, and guiding new project development. Your input will be instrumental in advancing and optimizing our global manufacturing and distribution operations.RequirementsMinimum Qualifications: Robust computer literacy skills, particularly in Epicor/Kinetic ERP Systems Thorough grasp of serialization and tracking mechanisms Strong command of both financial and manufacturing business workflows Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in implementing ARM & FP& A modulesResponsibilities: Oversee day-to-day function, security, reporting, and maintenance of the Epicor Kinetic ERP system ensuring consistency and reliability. Design, sustain and customize reports and dashboards Address and resolve Epicor Kinetic-related issues and handle IT Help Desk Support requests accordingly.
