Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Resource Location: Minetonka, Minnesota Work Arrangement : Hybrid Length: 6-12 Month contract Start: ASAP. Interview: Video ,,, Required Skills and Experience 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes and practices. Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with a focus on Payroll. Experience with payroll tax balance adjustments and compliance with federal, state, and local taxation rules. Experience with data integrations, particularly with third-party stock providers. Familiarity with attributes related to indicative files (Demographics, EITs, UDTS, other configured fields). Working knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) based integrations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher. Experience with Agile project management methodologies. Understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
