Please ensure their education details on are their resume Job description POSITION SUMMARY: The ServiceNow Administrator (SN Admin) is responsible for support, maintenance and upgrades to ServiceNow and various workflows and applications within ServiceNow. The SN Admin will interface with the SN Development Team, other IT Support Teams and various business teams. The SN Admin will also be the liaison between Bayview and the ServiceNow Company SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES: Minimum of 3 years experience with ServiceNow in a support or development role. Understanding of technical logs and troubleshooting methodologies. Knowledge and experience in supporting Highly Available software/hardware solutions is preferred. Excellent communication and influencing skills. CERTIFCATIONS, LICENSES AND/OR REGISTRATION: ServiceNow certifications preferred ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to quickly assess issues, troubleshoot root cause, and coordinate and partner across the business and IT to test and resolve issues. Maintains given metrics for support controls and processes. Maintains a knowledge base of documents that can be shared within IT. Participates in the twice-weekly change control process and can present changes. Provide training to Application Support and other IT Teams. Work closely with business and other teams to assist in the overall definition of support items and provide quick assistance to meet SLAs. Responsible for maintaining ticketing queue for assignments and is held accountable for the overall accuracy of the documentation of trouble tickets and resolutions. Monitor and provide overall KPIs to senior management. Work within software development plans/schedules, providing technical updates and overall plans for better support of our product suite. Ensure adherence to architecture standards, use of standard templates and practices to ensure repeatable processes. Engage in hands-on, in-depth analysis, review, and implementation of applications built and supported. Will be the primary liaison between Bayview and the ServiceNow vendor. This includes opening support issues, ensuring licenses are current and compliant, and coordinating upgrades. Stay on top of the latest ServiceNow updates, new modules and best practices. Provides management with updates on these developments.
