The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BASIS administration, cloud architecture, and SAP Fiori implementations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design, implement, and manage SAP systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement SAP BASIS architecture on AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Manage and maintain SAP environments, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and other SAP components. Perform system installations, upgrades, migrations, and patching activities. Develop and execute archiving strategies to manage data growth and optimize system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP systems with other enterprise applications. Monitor system performance and perform tuning and optimization to ensure efficient operations. Implement and manage disaster recovery and backup solutions for SAP environments. Provide technical guidance and support to SAP BASIS administrators and other IT staff. Conduct system audits and implement best practices for SAP BASIS administration. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards, including data protection and access controls. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and system configurations. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and AWS services to recommend innovative solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP BASIS administration. Proven experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, and CloudFormation. Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori architecture and implementation. Experience with SAP data archiving strategies and tools. Proficiency in SAP system installation, configuration, and maintenance. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP BASIS certification. AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification. Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins. Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
