Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 5-6 Developers Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and functionalities. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Ruby on Rails development. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Lead Ruby on Rails Developer or similar role. Proficiency in Ruby programming language and the Rails framework. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM libraries (e.g., Active Record).
