The Payroll team is in the office 5 days a week. MOI: Skype + F2F Interview Must have Linkeldn and local project to MN Overview: We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be instrumental in automating and driving changes within our payroll processes, which currently run on Oracle Payroll and ADP for print and tax filing. This role involves understanding payroll functions, setting up overnight automation, conducting audits, and working closely with IT to enhance reporting and data access. Responsibilities: Automate payroll processes and schedule. Set up overnight automation and ensure everything is correctly set up. Conduct audits to ensure system accuracy. Work with IT support for reporting and access to necessary data. Manage payroll reporting, including 401K and business-based reporting. Drive automation and process improvement. Collaborate with payroll managers and report directly to the Payroll Lead with a dotted line to another manager overseeing multiple areas. Key Qualifications: Expertise in Oracle Payroll or other ERP payroll systems such as SAP. Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented. Experience in process automation. Ability to manage and direct payroll functions. Previous experience managing payroll directly is preferred. Open to candidates with or without previous construction experience. Proficiency in Oracle Cloud or EBS, with Redwood experience being a plus but not required. Culture Fit: Ability to listen and provide feedback constructively. Mindful of organizational changes and able to mentor others. Capable of establishing credibility and demonstrating the value of proposed changes. Adaptable to a team that is currently resistant to change.
