Refine and review Technical changes on RR tool Write the test cases, unit testing and capturing test results and document them Support UAT and Hypercare Follow agile practices in your project delivery Adhere to best coding practices (authoring notes and comments) Support hiring, training and mentoring of new team members Upskill on latest changes coming up on RR tool in terms of authoring and analytics Basic domain knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory planning and Capacity Planning with constraints and yields is good to have for this role. System integration knowledge to connect with other enterprise or stand-alone systems (interfaces, connections, imports, exports) Coordinate with the Micron Operations Support teams as needed, to resolve user issues. RR tool knowledge on resources like workbooks, Automation Tasks, Forms and Scripts, Dashboards and Widgets. RR analytical knowledge (Netting, CTP, FLP etc.,) and the knowledge of Attribute Based Planning in RR.
