Responsibilities: Strong understanding of ServiceNow development tools and techniques including UI Builder, Flow Designer, Integration Hub and ServiceNow Studio Experience with ServiceNow Modules such as ITSM and ITOM Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM Health and Service Mapping Knowledge of Sensogo. Knowledge of configuring ITOM Health functionalities, including monitoring, alerting and creating service health dashboards Working with a team to implement a PMO application built on the ITSM module for project tracking.
