Ensure that the Salesforce environment is tailored to meet the specific needs of the business. Administration: Perform general Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management. Maintain the overall health and security of the Salesforce environment. Problem Solving: Identify issues and proactively develop solutions with minimal guidance. Use your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, ensuring seamless operation of the Salesforce platform. Collaboration: Ensure close communication with the team, keeping team members appraised of progress and issues, and proactively reaching out when the path forward isnt clear. Best Practices: Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed to maintain high-quality code. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
