Functional/ Business Analyst Work Arrangement: Hybrid Location: Raleigh NC 27604 Local to NC only with DL ANY VISA No OPT CPT H1B 2nd round will be Face to face interview Responsibilities include Analyze and assess the system and the DESFARS system, including their subsystems. Document system functions, inputs,outputs, and reporting requirements. Collaborate with business subject matter experts (SMEs) and developers to gather and document Phase I business requirements, with an emphasis on cost allocation and associated financial modules. Conduct fit-gap analysis between FARS and NCFS system features, to map and identify gaps. Create detailed functional specifications and requirements documents.Develop solution design documents to support development and implementation efforts. Assist in the creation of test suites and test cases for testing and validation of solution modules. Prepare and present status reports, risks, and concerns to stakeholders. Provide deliverables to support the \\"build vs.buy\\" decision and contribute to Phase II of the project implementation.
