Leverage automation to enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks. Meticulously assess risks while ensuring task efficiency. Technical Issue Resolution: Analyze, diagnose, replicate, and resolve technical issues reported by customers using Fiserv PaaS and CaaS platforms. Develop maintainable, reusable software from a consumer-centric perspective. Take ownership of unresolved issues, seeking in-depth knowledge for timely resolution. Support and Documentation: Handle and maintain support requests from business unit customers. Collaborate with other engineering groups to triage customer and business unit issues. Contribute to building and peer-reviewing knowledge base articles and product documentation.
